I’m 22, and on my way to the 230 pound weightclass. To be honest, i didn’t push it much because i had a game later that day and i’m taking it easy in general this. I have a meet in about 16 weeks. I trained with 531 for about 1 year and had great succes, next week iã?â´ll begin with 531 for powerlifting. But damn if i’ve become stronger or bigger at all.
Began to lose interest in the sport and with the arrival of my first born left the club and started working out at home. But is not something you have to wait for. I’ve been doing almost only the “big 4” 6 if you count pull ups and rows too. Combined with their variations for the past 1½ year. The deadlift is what has me scratching my head.
