I currently am starting out… :) (but it does have rules text for just about everything) Rosterizer handles gaslands pretty well imo. There are other games with similar themes and they all borrow from each other and other. Gaslands wasn't the origin of the death race, or demo derby, truckasaurus, etc.

This is the place to post your models, terrain, teams, scenarios, battle reports. Just keep a pack of 3x5 cards and some pens in your gaslands box and you can whip up custom dashboards on the fly (ideal for dealing with new players). I agree that up and over needs work.
