The bypass plate blocked off the fiav while still allowing the ics to be used. It says ics removal isn't for a dd not the bypass plate. What would happen if it is set to low? Though even the bypass plate says that it blocks. I need to set my idle to about 1000rpms i believe and am having trouble doing so.
