Iphone Calendar Alerts Not Working

In the past 3 months or so, it has stopped giving me. I see that sometimes when the screen is locked, alerts and notifications don't appear for the calendar app. I just talked to someone at. I have an iphone 13 pro max that i recently updated to ios 18.4. But recently it seems to have stopped.
