The workshop paper can be. At a glance at recent proceedings though, they seem to accept a lot of papers! You can also look at previous workshop papers for an idea how they structured it. This years neurips has been a rollercoaster for everyone involved. However, for corporates, at least, this is still decent coverage.

They also just write it out but most formatting things are taken care of, just donāt try to get around page limits by changing margins or anything. While we've written most of the code, we have some parts left and have not started running any experiments (though we know the steps forward and have a relatively organized research plan).
