I've lost the personalization of my calendar entry & contacts color categorization in outlook 2007. It sounds silly, but it's really important that we're able to print each calendar showing the accurate colors for appointments. When i open the office online icon (the orange square pinned to my lower task bar) i see outlook and calendar icons on the left side of the landing page. When you assign a color category, that color is used as the item’s background color on the calendar grid. In the calendar section i could select categories (and modify their names).
The color coding feature in outlook calendar is great. I found the solution that i would like to share. I suspect this happened when i synchronized my new windows mobile phone. Then, for each meeting i could choose to change it's category/color. I like color coding my calendar appointments and events but the color category box seems to be unavailable in outlook 2016.
