If you expect to shoot 22 in close, i would get a scope that can adjust parallax to that distance. Moreover, this scope is able to focus from infinity to 5 yards. Adjustable with a scope that has a fixed parallax, say 100 yards, you can use it from 100 yards and beyond with little issue. This feature is very rare in lpvos.

The bushnell 3200 10x40 is an awesome no frills scope, seems to be focused at any range, but mine had parallax issues at 200yrds that i swear could vary by at least 2 if you. 25yds is a reasonable minimum; If you try to focus at a target, say 75 yards or less, the image will may not be clear and the crosshairs can sometimes appear to be moving therefore casuing a poi to be off. I know many times the distance indicated on the parallax knob doesn't correspond exactly to when the image is parallax free and that this is no big deal, but i am curious how far off other scopes are and what is actually the cause of this error?
