The only one uskill i've seen for scout is poison arrow shower (which is total crap, seriously, it shares the cooldown with arrow shower just to do add a poison effect, wow ; Which means you can get 2 of each tier potentially. So you add the quantity gem +1 chance and it just does a second roll on all the tiers. We now have elements in rose!
