Only problem is my travel email address is an alias, so i can't log into your email. They added the feature last yer to attach documents to trip. So if there was a problem (airline schedule change, etc.), you were alerted to it based upon source data. tripit provides updates, but only from based upon the flight. I've been using tripit for years (mostly free, but upgraded to paid when it came bundled with our corporate concur package). I cant speak to how it differs from tripcase, but yes, i'm able to create full trip itineraries in tripit (thats jsut a regular feature, pro not required), which shows everything from.
