I got some allthemodium and used 2 ingots and some cobalt to make a pickaxe (allthemodium head), used that to make a similar vibranium one, and same again for.

As long as the suspicious soul sand block is within the bounds of the bastion structure it should generate a vibranium smithing template.

I mostly just run around and loot dungeons in the other, and get the nuggets/atm/enchant books/netherite gear. If you find and kill (or just sneaky sneaky loot) a dragon's nest you should find enough allthemodium nuggets to make a pickaxe at least (i use a silent gear paxel) that will let you mine it.
