Epic has as many versions as hospital systems that have implemented it. That automatically checks a bunch of stuff. You hit the template name, it applies everything, then you just modify what is different (or uncheck what you didn't ask). When you guys attest pa notes for low acuity things that you didn't personally see, what do you guys write in your attestation?

I think he just means a list of smartlinks/smartphrases. It made notes so much easier and saved so much time. I just started working as a scribe for an im practice and i'm hoping to get any tips and tricks from more experienced users, they just started using it a little over a year ago. Ours can print sign out reports that have the details of stuff you mentioned, though they're not organized particularly intuitively. I’ve accumulated almost 4 years of amazing smart phrases in epic.

Is there a smartphrase for the epic emr that populates the detailed i/o for the last 24h in a table format like it appears in the actual flowsheet tab for i/o? I’m starting a fellowship at a new hospital next year (which also has epic).
